Why shop Richards Knife World?
Everything we offer in our store is in stock ready to ship. We are just not a retailer selling knives. We are experienced in the trade and offer some of the biggest brands out there as well as a large line of vintage products from manufacturer's that has since went out of business for collectors of all sorts. You are also doing your part in shopping local in helping small business opposed to the big dogs where customers are just a number.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order will ship the same business day if you order by 9 AM Eastern time. If not, your order will ship the next business day. Our shipping will be coming from Kentucky, so depending on how close you are, it could take 2-5 business days to receive.
How do I get a receipt?
When you place an order, make sure your email address is valid an an email confirmation will be sent just as soon as the order is placed. A second confirmation will come when it ships with your tracking number. If you didn't receive it, please be sure to check your spam folder.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal through the store. If you have another way you'd like to pay such as money order, cash, or another payment app, fill out the contact form and we can get you the details for those style payments.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, we do offer a military discount. You will need to send us a copy of your military ID and we can attach that to your store account. That is not to be shared publicly and is for your use only.
How do I track my package?
Once the order ships, you will receive an email with a link attached to track your package with and the shipping carrier.
Can I get a discount?
Yes, we do offer discounts through our mailing list, so please join. We also do some Facebook and Twitter promotions as well, so please be sure to follow us on both those to stay up to date on discounts and new items.
