1. Secure Your Spot When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a specific unit from our incoming shipment. Because these items are often limited in production or high in demand, your payment ensures that the knife is yours the moment it arrives at our store. You will be charged for your pre-order at the time of checkout. Pre-order items can only be ordered 1 sku at a time per pre-order as different items will have different release dates.
2. The Timeline (ETA) Every pre-order item features an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on its product page. Please Note: This date is provided by the manufacturer. While we wish we had a crystal ball, production and shipping schedules can occasionally shift due to manufacturing delays or logistics. We will always do our best to keep you updated if a significant change occurs.
3. No Cancellations Because we commit to our manufacturers based on the number of pre-orders we receive, all pre-orders are final. > Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure you are fully committed to the purchase before hitting that checkout button. Think of it as a blood-brother pact between you and your future blade. If the manufacturer pushes it past the ETA, we can definitely cancel for you at that time though.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment As soon as the shipment lands at Richard’s Knife World, our team works overtime to inspect, pack, and ship your order. You will receive a tracking number the moment your package heads out the door.
