For returns, please look at the following guidelines.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
- Returns cannot be made after 15 days of having your product
- The buyer is responsible for shipping to and from
- Returns must have an RGA number and approved address for return
- Do not just send back to address your product came from and expect credit
- Please email with your order number for proper return numbers and addresses
- Returns could take 2 weeks to process due to delivery times
- Vintage and used items sales are final. No returns.
For Damages or Missing Items, follow the below guidelines.
- Please refuse the item if it is obviously damaged
- If it is damaged or missing items please contact us as soon as possible
- Please have your order number ready as well as pictures so we can fix the issue
- Vintage and used items cannot be returned
- Cancellations will incur a 6% fee on them. Credit card processing fees still happen and it is not fair to inflict these solely on the merchant as well as the time involved in the matter at hand.
- Please be sure to order the correct item(s).
- This only applies to whole order cancellations without replacement where customer is at fault.
