When will my item ship?
If you place your order before 9 AM Eastern time, your products will ship that same day unless it was over the weekend, then it will ship that next business day. This includes standard or expedited services.
Can you ship outside of the US?
Yes, it is possible to do that, but you will need to contact our sales team first as it is currently not available on all products or through the website.
Can I get free shipping on my order?
A lot of our products do offer free shipping already. If you are looking to purchase in bulk or larger quantities, then we might can arrange that for you if you reach out to our sales team.
Restricted zones or zones outside of common carrier standard routes.
Certain zones are subject to higher fees through certain carriers. If you live within a restricted or outlying zone and have chosen one of the shipping methods available, we will contact you to discuss your shipping rates and give you options to proceed with your order or choose a different carrier and refund the difference back to your payment method. If you know you live in one of these zones, please contact us before checking out as the shipping charge may not be appropriate as to what is shown. This restriction usually stems from either UPS or Fedex and is usually caused from being so far from a ground destination hub.
What if I see my package is damaged?
Please refuse the package and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse it, please take photos of the box without opening and still contact us immediately so we can get you taken care of asap.
Can I pick up at your store?
Absolutely! All of our items shown in stock online are also available at our walk in store in London, Kentucky.
