Knife Appraisal Fee

If you have an old pocket knife and you're looking for info on the value, date, or company info, we can help you with that. We may not have the resources or knowledge for all knives out there, but we should be able to assist with the majority. Below is the information we will need after you purchase this. Remember, the appraisal fee is per single item. If you have 1 collection, but it contains 30 knives, that will be 30 separate appraisals. We can also do this by the house if you have several pieces to send over.

Note: We have also raised the appraisal fee online as you can see and were used to the old pricing. We have been receiving an overwhelming amount of appraisals and we do appreciate it, but due to the time collecting photos (asking for better angles), asking questions, and writing the info, we sometimes have an hour tied up in a $5 appraisal.

Once you check out, please save your order number (RKW-xxxx) and email it and the below information to [email protected]
Please send quality photos of the knife open, closed, top, bottom, and tang stamps or blade etchings.
If it's a folding knife, let us know if the springs are nice and snappy, loose, or if they need help closing
Let us know if you see any cracks or chips in the handles, or any separation
Please note that appraisals can take a few days to get back to you on, so be patient.
If for some reason we cannot get you an adequate appraisal, we will refund the purchase with an explanation.
Please know that all knives do not have an exciting monetary value, so if you saw one listed on Ebay for a large price tag, that doesn't make it necessarily true.
